Claimed to be from BT, asked for the business owner (not very convincingly).

The person ringing from this number was insistent that he was ringing from BT Head Office in Manchester, however it isn't. He kept asking for one of our employees by name, saying that he was the account holder!! Still very insistent that he was from BT and urgently needed to speak to the account holder. I said it was a scam call and put the phone down, he didn't ring back!
